Many Muslims try to deceive western, or non-Muslims, with false translation or quotation from what they claim is about Equality in Islam and this is just one more example of this deception;

“All individuals are equal in Islamic code of law. Penalties, judgements and legal sentences are applicable to all classes of people without any distinction. There are no particular forms of penalties or sentences for a certain class of people. All people are equal within the jurisdiction of Islamic law. No individual or class of people has immunity over and above the Islamic laws.”
I will post few of Islamic rules to expose the claim of Justice and Equality in Islam and you be the Judge!
O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #178)
- If you are a white Arab man and you kill a slave then the punishment is killing your slave!!!
- So now we have two Slaves dead under the justice of Allah!
- Women for the woman?
- Free Muslim will be killed as a penalty of killing Free man?
- This is mean if a free man kill a slave he will not be killed!
No Muslim will be Kileed for killing non-Muslim?
from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The Muslim is not killed for disbeliever.” And with this chain, it has been narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The blood-money paid for disbeliever is half of the blood-money paid for a believer.”

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Sulayman ibn Yasar said, “The blood-money of a magian is eight hundred dirhams.”
Malik said, “This is what is done in our community.”
Malik said, “The blood-monies of the jew, christian, and magian in their injuries, is according to the injury of the muslims in their blood-moneys. The head wound is a twentieth of his full blood-money. The wound that opens the head is a third of his blood-money. The belly-wound is a third of his blood-money. All their injuries are according to this calculation.”
وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، كَانَ يَقُولُ دِيَةُ الْمَجُوسِيِّ ثَمَانِي مِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَهُوَ الأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَجِرَاحُ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ فِي دِيَاتِهِمْ عَلَى حِسَابِ جِرَاحِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي دِيَاتِهِمُ الْمُوضِحَةُ نِصْفُ عُشْرِ دِيَتِهِ وَالْمَأْمُومَةُ ثُلُثُ دِيَتِهِ وَالْجَائِفَةُ ثُلُثُ دِيَتِهِ فَعَلَى حِسَابِ ذَلِكَ جِرَاحَاتُهُمْ كُلُّهَا .

It was narrated from ‘Amr Bin Shu’aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:
“The Messenger of Allah said: ‘The blood money for Ahl Adh-Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians.”
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، وَذَكَرَ، كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ عَقْلُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ” . وَهُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى .

It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his grandfather, that :
the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the blood money for the people of the book is half of that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians.
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى أَنَّ عَقْلَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابَيْنِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى .

If you are not a Muslim your blood and money is open to be taken and your women to be enslaved;
Narrated Maimun bin Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”
قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. وَقَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ قَالَ سَأَلَ مَيْمُونُ بْنُ سِيَاهٍ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ، مَا يُحَرِّمُ دَمَ الْعَبْدِ وَمَالَهُ فَقَالَ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، وَاسْتَقْبَلَ قِبْلَتَنَا، وَصَلَّى صَلاَتَنَا، وَأَكَلَ ذَبِيحَتَنَا، فَهُوَ الْمُسْلِمُ، لَهُ مَا لِلْمُسْلِمِ، وَعَلَيْهِ مَا عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ.

Islam the gang Acept Islam or you will be dead or we take your land and throw you out like a dog!(Islamic Justice)
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira who said:
“We were (sitting) in the mosque when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to us and said: (Let us) go to the Jews. We went out with him until we came to them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up and called out to them (saying): O ye assembly of Jews, accept Islam (and) you will be safe. They said: Abu’l-Qasim, you have communicated (God’s Message to us). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I want this (i. e. you should admit that God’s Message has been communicated to you), accept Islam and you would be safe. They said: Abu’l-Qisim, you have communicated (Allah’s Message). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I want this… – He said to them (the same words) the third time (and on getting the same reply) he added: You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I wish that I should expel you from this land Those of you who have any property with them should sell it, otherwise they should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle (and they may have to go away leaving everything behind).”
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي، هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ إِذْ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ” انْطَلِقُوا إِلَى يَهُودَ ” . فَخَرَجْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى جِئْنَاهُمْ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَادَاهُمْ فَقَالَ ” يَا مَعْشَرَ يَهُودَ أَسْلِمُوا تَسْلَمُوا ” . فَقَالُوا قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ . فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ” ذَلِكَ أُرِيدُ أَسْلِمُوا تَسْلَمُوا ” . فَقَالُوا قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ . فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ” ذَلِكَ أُرِيدُ ” . فَقَالَ لَهُمُ الثَّالِثَةَ فَقَالَ ” اعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الأَرْضُ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَأَنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُجْلِيَكُمْ مِنْ هَذِهِ الأَرْضِ فَمَنْ وَجَدَ مِنْكُمْ بِمَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَلْيَبِعْهُ وَإِلاَّ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ” .
